Rocket Software Associate Operations Analyst in Bengaluru, India

Job Description Summary:
The Associate Operations Analyst is responsible for the accurate capture and processing of data related to tech support operations. Develop subject matter expertise required to investigate and address issues and discrepancies, assists the business user community with reporting and general requests for information. Assists with maintaining system and data integrity. Makes recommendations for continual improvement and automations in operations processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Develops credibility as SME on Rocket tech support Operations processes, data, and systems.
Develops conceptual and technical knowledge of Rocket business processes which integrate with TS Operations processes.
Demonstrates capability growth as a result of provided training.
Assists with onboarding of new entities and acquired companies as relates to TS Operations.
Liaises with different teams others throughout Rocket as directed.
Ensures that constituent needs have been met and TS Operational tasks are completed correctly and on a timely basis.
Provide input to TS Operations team for process improvement and automation opportunities.
Meet operational timelines and deadlines, alerting TS Operations leadership of any concerns in order to avoid disruption of service or missed commitments.
Work as an effective team member in providing daily, monthly, and exception operations reporting
Required Qualifications:
3+ years in related position
Proven critical thinking, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Thrives on continual improvement and implementation of process changes
Experience with prioritizing continual requests from multiple streams and keeping to established schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce, Jira
Experience with reporting tools like Lookr, Tableu, Power BI and working with data
Experience creating and maintaining weekly, monthly reports and dashboards
Education: Associates Degree, or equivalent business experience
