Rocket Software Vendor Compliance Specialist in Pune, India

Job Description Summary:

The Vendor Compliance Specialist role will be member of Customer/Partner due diligence response team at Rocket Software. This role would be required to respond to prospective/existing customers and partners requesting information on our risk & control practices as well as general company / product information. Additionally, this role will require to complete trainings including but not limited to Annual Regulatory and Security Compliance Training Program, Sustainability in Supplier Relations Program etc. as part of response management team where required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Perform triage to identify response needs: timing, subject matter experts needed, impact, and completeness of response.

  • Track new requests and manage process for pending requests to meet deadlines.

  • Search approved assets for responses, update responses and gather and store new assets as necessary.

  • Engage SME for validation of asset response or need to expand, creates additional response with assigned timelines.

  • Execute as per Standard Process & Control Response Packages for the Rocket-branded product offerings.

  • Once complete, responses are collected, assemble the reply and emails the completed Assessment to the customer/partner (or asks the Rocket sales or renewal representative to do this) or submits the response via the customer’s Portal.

  • Perform response handling based on customer segmentation.

  • Understand need, timing, relationship, and overall impact on Rocket Software.

  • Perform necessary research, analysis and update data in questionnaire received from customers to ensure data is accurate as supplied from data feeds obtained through outside resources, sales and internal employees for internal and external reporting and planning.

  • Assist with providing data security and/or company information as needed for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.

  • Action on cross functional improvement opportunities and create value.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Response Management in global environment.

  • Sound verbal & written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in company profiling, research, data mining, performing due diligence, and financial analysis.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook

  • Proficient interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships with Rocket subject matter experts (SMEs).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA Finance

  • International Certification in Organization Management
