Rocket Software UX Designer in Vilnius, Lithuania

Job Description Summary:
The UX Designer will work with the digital team to design and optimize our corporate website to drive incremental revenue, increase brand awareness, recruit new talent, and more. This individual must have knowledge of web marketing, web content management systems, search engine optimization principles, UX design tools and best practices, as well as some HTML and CSS.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Play an integral role on our web team and in the day-to-day user experience and content management of rocketsoftware.com including:
Design and build page wireframes/comps
Author pages based on CMS component library
Proactively make experience recommendations based on user data/feedback
Update and manage on site written and visual content
Plan, organize, and integrate digital content in collaboration with various internal and external teams
Leverage UX best practices and design systems to update existing and design new pages
Lead content audits to contribute to overall web strategy and user experience
Ensure brand consistency across all web proprieties
When needed, you may work with our developers to review and identify bugs and test resolutions
Required Qualifications:
3 years of experience in designing web pages based on existing component systems and UX best practices
Experience with a CMS (Drupal preferred)
Experience with project management tools and/or agile methodology
Knowledge of Google Analytics; Adobe Analytics, SEO
Familiarity with current HTML/CSS/XHTML coding and standards, including JS
Experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Figma
Ability to analyze data and user feedback and implement design recommendations for site improvements
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Positive go-getter attitude and can adapt to change easily
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organization a must
Willingness to learn new skills and jump into new projects with earnest
Routinely perform QA tests on the website
Familiar with optimizing web pages for lead generation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of design, business, or computer science
Travel Requirements:

Annual salary range for this position is between €32,016.00 - €48,024.00 gross before taxes.
Salary range applies only to candidates in Lithuania
Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
